Meghann's Story

Meghann is a registered dietitian and board-certified specialist in sports dietetics – which means she’s an expert in sports nutrition and helping fuel your life and endurance feats and has worked with 1000’s of endurance athletes in the last 5 years through her sports nutrition business, Featherstone Nutrition. Prior to her work as a sports dietitian, Meghann completed her undergraduate degree in Nutrition at Miami University & Master’s Degree in Nutrition at Case Western Reserve University and worked in the hospital setting as a corporate wellness dietitian designing wellness & weight loss programming for employees and other corporations.
There is no single approach to nutrition for athletes. Every athlete’s journey is unique. The timing, the frequency, the variety, and the different types of nutrition that fuel each of our goals is likely very different. But finding what works for you and helping you meet your biggest, baddest running goals is her passion.
As a 2:50 marathoner, mom of two little ones, and business owner of Featherstone Nutrition, Meghann understands the importance of fueling well for life, training, and overall health.
